Spool tank with MMU integration kit for PrusaBox
Spool tank is an enclosure kit that allows you to keep your filament spool protected from dust, from humidity and ready to use.
This article is designed for you if you want to place the Spool Tank on top of the PrusaBox for using the Prusa Multi Material Unit.
We advise to use printed springs (available here in option, or in download section) to autorewind the spools while using MMU, instead of a buffer.
Kit includes all metal parts in black (top, bottom, backplate, two sides), plexiglass doors for MMU and Spool Tank, MMU motor’s cable extenders, stainless steel screws and nuts, two threaded rods, 24 bearings and 1 meter of PTFE tube 3.2*4.8mm (more information).
Printed parts are optional here, or there are ready to print STL files are available in download section. It’s designed in order to be easily printed without support.

Auto rewind is really good, the enclosure is easy to build, and easy to install. With the Prusabox the kit is really nice and provide something really clean compare to default system with the MMU3. Removing the buffer, having short ptfe and a stackable solution is great. Thanks for the support for your quick answer by email or by phone. Antoine
