Main frame assembly:

Assembling of main frame was done quickly and no part adjustment was required !

Structure seams to be really strong. With first user feedback, I will check if we can reduce screws quantity.

Screws was perfectly aligned with holes and nuts. I found the perfect nut hole dimenions that hold the nut and easily assmbled.

For the prototype most of the printed part will be in Orange.

Due to hook shape of stainless steel part, strengh on printed part is limited.

Thanks to laser cuts, perimeter of PMMA doors are almost perfect !

For helping customers during assembly, I will do an online step-by-step manual with picture and comment.

For transportation, top and bottom part can be inside each other with all other parts inside.

Packaging dimensions will be limited.

I will add protection to avoid scratches.

Printers is almost install inside the enclosure



I will add light, PSU bracket, LCD screen and raspberry plate, doors hing.



Prototype is finished.
