Nylon grid
Nylon HEPA media protection grid to prevent deterioration of filtration performance.
HEPA 13
Pleated HEPA media in cotton impregnated with grade 13 certified EN1822, provides protection against emitted nanoparticles.
Carboard frame
Cardboard structure to reduce plastic waste, helps reduce the weight of the filter and its specific design.
Activated carbon
Activated Carbon mixture for the treatment of VOCs specific to 3D printing.
Removal tab
The tabs allow the filter to be removed from its location without taking the risk of touching polluted surfaces.
EPDM foam
Peripheral and frontal 5mm EPDM foam for a maximum sealing of the joint surface.
Specifically designed for 3D printing
Nanoparticle filtration is provided by a HEPA13 (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filter to EN1822 standard. These filters are designed to guarantee a rate of 99.95% purification efficiency on particles at the most penetrating size (approximately 300nm).
To ensure full efficiency, Alveo3D test P3D filters below 300nm and guarantee high efficiency on nanoparticles from 7 to 200nm.
Compatible with ModularBox and PrusaBox
This filter is compatible with MAX filtration system. Can be mounted on both PrusaBox and ModularBox!
