I’m sorry you did not like the enclosure.
You are talking about poor customer service, even though we never received any phone calls, emails or messenger from you.
Having your printer into any enclosure restricts necessarily the access of the printer. Our strength is that there are 5 doors all around the printer, unlike Prusa genuine enclosure that has only one in front.
We designed special printed corners, so the top of the enclosure could be removed easily.

Even when I Order this as a complete kit with all the extras, I didn’t receive what I paid for poor customer service not impressed. should have just ordered a Prusa enclosure. But anyway, it looks good but not at all practical.

I sent a bunch of pics and measurements to Julien when I had the box. There wasn’t any way I could find that I could fit it in. I’d love to solve this, your boxes re really nice, but I don’t want to risk shipping across the Atlantic on a second attempt without some assurances.

I know you have two new boxes, I am keen to know how well my printer would fit.

I’d love to see how you did this. I’m attempting this now and the printer is too far forward. The front feet are on the side rails and the rear are on the back wall. The end result is that the printer, with the balls in the rails, is about an inch too far forward.
